Sweet Stop Motion Video

Just found this online. I don’t really like the song so much, kind of sounds like the Boston Letter minus goodness. Check it out:

via Pitchfork, there’s a video coming from one of the inauguration celebrations of Jay-Z putting down a verse on Jeezy’s “My President Is Black”. I agree with the person from pitchfork who posted the video,

Truthfully, Jay’s verse here isn’t the reason to watch this shaky camera-phone footage over and over today. I mean, it’s not a bad verse or anything. It’s perfectly acceptable. But watching this crowd just bug the fuck out will make your soul feel good.

Matador kept tempting us with Pavement reissues and newly exposed, rare B-sides. And still, there are the Jicks and there’s Malkmus, but come on… this is Pavement.

Speculation of a Pavement reunion has been around for some time now. Check out what Pavement guitarist, Scott Kannberg (aka Spiral Stairs), had to say about it in the Jan 10th, 2009 issue of Loud & Quiet:

RIAA Infiltrating White House?

Yah but really this might be bad.  Obama has picked one of the RIAA’s greatest advocate lawyers for a high position in the Justice department.  Here is the article:
